Invitation Letter: Shall you need an invitation letter, please send your passport information: -Your exact name in English, as it appears in your passport, -Passport number, -Passport issuing country, -Passport issuing city, -Passport issue date, and -Passport expiry date. You can send the information via email to Abdulfattah Al-Dajani at (abdulfattah.dajani@aramco.com) to issue the letter for you, if needed. Visa Requirement: Please visit the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to check on your Visa requirement and obtaining a Visa. Please note that the Gulf Hotel, the event venue, is listed as one of the organizations in Bahrain which can provide a sponsored Visa, shall you need one.
